Everyone is welcome

In Australia, it is recommended that children and adolescents between the ages of 5 and 17 engage in a minimum of 60 minutes of physical activity with moderate to vigorous intensity each day.

These activities need not be structured or formal in nature, encompassing a wide spectrum including sports like football, basketball, netball, cycling, scooter riding, swimming, and dancing. As an illustration, our girls’ teams partake in Volleyball, Tug-of-War, and various other engaging pursuits. The focus lies on active involvement and participation, prioritizing the benefits of exercise
